Highline Music4Life is a community service activity that is open to all who understand the unique value of instrumental music in the life and education of our children. You do NOT have to be a Member of a Rotary club to support this activity. But if you are, here’s what your Rotary Club can do to help:
1. |
Endorse the Highline Music4Life and allow your club name to be listed as one of the Rotary clubs sponsoring the program. |
2. |
Attend Highline Music4Life events: Promote them within your club and community. |
3. |
Adopt Highline Music4Life as a beneficiary of a club event this year. |
4. |
Coordinate a Highline Music4Life instrument drive in your area: Commit to rounding up instruments locally. Start with your own attic or garage, and then ask your families, friends and neighbors. |
5. |
Add www.HighlineMusic4Life.org as a hyperlink on your Rotary club’s Website. |
6. |
As a club, contribute a new instrument to the program. |
7. |
Designate a member of your club to act as your primary representative on the Highline Music4Life Committee. |
8. |
Provide Highline Music4Life organizers with your club’s
e-mailing list. |
Highline Music4Life is a community service activity inspired by the Members of the Rotary Club of Des Moines, the Rotary Club of Sea-Tac and the Rotary Club of Burien-White Center, both of which are served by Highline Public Schools.
